Exciting things have been going on in my life now. My life is so pre-occupied with fun and interesting things that i have neglected my blog. I ride unicorns to work and I laugh and smile all the time. NOT.

I’ve been doing nothing so far.

It doesn’t help that my internship is really boring. I hate having to tell people where I’m interning and why i’m doing it there. I blame you Zita. I hope you’re reading this.

I might be writing more or maybe I won’t . who knows.

A few years ago i did some research for a project. We were given the freedom to choose any topic to do a report about and other groups decided to cover topics on the environment and health and such. I chose the topic Child abuse instead despite being told that it wasn’t a suitable topic for the class. I did it anyway because it’s just one of the issues that i find very disturbing and I felt needed more attention. It’s not like I was a victim or anything when i was a child.

Anyway, recently i decided to google the topic again. Just to find this video.

I’m not really sure where this is actually. Some resources say it’s in Kuala Lumpur and some say Singapore. It doesn’t matter where, it’s just extremely wrong to do like that to a child. It does say that it was the maid who was doing this and she was then sentenced to only 2 years in jail. wtf? 2 years only?? What did the child do to you?? I know kids can be annoying sometimes but to hurt them this way? Thank God it was caught on the CCTV. God knows how many times she has done that to the child. I actually cried when i saw that video. How could she?

Just wanted to get something off my chest for a bit. I hate it when i receive annoynomous text messages from strangers who always begin with a “hi i know you but you don’t know me” crap. Annoys the hell out of me. I usually ignore coz i know it will go on forever and the person will never reveal who he/she is. Sometimes it may be just some old friend doing it for fun. But i don’t think people do that anymore or at least my own friends. So which leads me back to my story,   there used to be this guy who used to send text messages to me and my friend saying he wants to be our friend. ok, we’re thinking “weird” but whatever.  We then found out who it was. The weird part was he never actually came up to us and said “hi” when he had the chance. Like an idiot he would pretend to look the other way when he passed us then 3 seconds after that he would text us saying he saw us. Stupid right. we were in front of you idiot. It went on for a long time. like a looooong time. Often we would ignore coz people like that are just stupid. What is wrong with passing by and maybe just waving and saying Hi.

So, that was like 2 years ago?  Recently the idiot has been doin it again. I didnt save his number everytime i change phones coz i don’t consider him a ‘friend’ anyway. He would randomly give me missed calls and send me text messages whenever he passes by. Ok, what annoys the hell out of me this time though I was talking to my guy friends the other day and the idiot passed by again. My friend called out his name and waved. I was surprised they knew each other. Like always the idiot acted like he didnt know me. I couldn’t care any less anyway.  I asked my friend how they knew each other and so i decided to tell him how i was annoyed with the dumb dude.  Didnt know he would then tell the idiot what i said. Then that night i received a text message from a different number but i assume was from the idiot. Can’t remember what dumb words were said coz it was written with broken english. I think what he said was something like this “Hi u asked your friend bout me right? now you know who i am ”

My reaction. So? i knew who you were from the beginning idiot. Now you expect me to have some kinda enlightened moment knowing who you are? What? do you expect butterflies and rainbows to appear when we see each other at the corridor? jeeeez.. Oh i remember something else that made me and my friend laugh till we nearly peeed in our pants. When he first texted us 2 years ago he wanted to describe his look to us. So he said “ i was voted most handsome / good looking at camp that night remember?” (coz we went to the same camp for our club activity)

what an idiot. What i’m trying to say is, I have made friends with a lot of people. But never this way. Seriously what’s with the mystery? if 2 years ago you came up and said Hi, I’m ________ then maybe we could’ve been friends. He was even in 1 of my classes before and never did he said hi. I could name a lot of people that are my friends now because all they had to do after sending their first ‘annoynamous’ text message to me was to say Hi. Creepy but at least normal human-like behaviour.

Now that i got that off my chest i can continue writing my thesis.

Oh god forbid he reads this and sends me another text message saying why I blogged about him.

Britain’s Got Talent -SUSAN BOYLE

I actually felt goose bumps while listening to her sing. I mean she can really sing and one should never judge a book by it’s cover. At first glance she might not be the most attractive looking person you’ve seen and it was hurtful to see some of the audiences expression of her when she went on stage and introduced herself. As soon as she started singing even Simon Cowell was in awe. Her voice was just simply beautiful!  I wonder why she was never discovered earlier? Such talent shouldn’t be wasted! I really hope she wins! Everyone has been sending the videos to everyone around Facebook. She deserves all the limelight she’s getting now.

It’s just gonna be a short post for today, I still have my final report to finish and some studying to do. Finals are around the corner!

So finally today i feel like writing something. Monday will be my final presentation for my Project Paper. I am just so nervous. To top it off a week after that will be my final exams and smarty pants me haven’t studied for my other subjects. I’ve been in my room for so long i feel sick. I have scary eyebags and i have lost some weight unwillingly.

So anyway i went down yesterday and passed by the TV. Nickelback’s video was playing on MTV and i was just standing there starring at it and i called my brother to see it.

me: Look…nickelback…cool video..

brother: *looks at me like i’m retarded* Err… They’ve played this video a million times already.  You’ve been hibernating too long in your room.

me: oh?

Anyway I think I should continue my hibernation with my project. Too much time have been wasted writing this.

Oh btw tomorow is Easter so.. HAPPY EASTER everyone!

i’ve been busy and I have a lot to finish. I’ve been cooped up in my room for hours now trying to finish at least finish 30%  of my project paper. I haven’t had much sleep at all all week and i feel like a zombie most of the time. I can see the people who are talking to me but all i see is the movement f their lips. It’s like there’s a whole other party going on in my head. I mean a very boring party. The kinda party you wanna get out of and i’m getting crankier by the minute. I can’t even drive without wanting to open my window and  scream at the other driver for driving so slow. So i guess this is what it feels like to almost lose your mind huh.

Speaking of party, my birthday is coming up and all i want is this. Please!

So if you really really love me anyone out there you will bake/buy/steal/try-to-bake/blackmail-anyone-to-bake it for me. ok i think i need to rest now and dream of ponies and rainbows and maybe insert a gremlin in or two.

Is it just me or is it really hot today? It’s been extremely hot these past few days that i feel so dehydrated. I haven’t been out of the house the entire day except to play with my dogs and pick up the laundry. i woke up this morning and all i could think of was.. waaaater. gimme wataater.. i keep gulping down large glasses of water all frikin day. The afternoons are never kind. Hot scorching sun burning the skin. I could even feel the heat from inside the house and had to turn on the air-conditioner.

Anyway, I haven’t been going anywhere these past few days / weeks / months mainly because i’ve been busy trying to finish up my project paper and i am still not done with it. I have the draft report to submit and there’s a mock-presentation coming up. Oh and to top it all off i have some lovely assignments waiting for me. Plus exam is in a month. Yay! don’t we all just love exams?

Another random thing is, Bella. My dog Bella. She is just one hyper active dog really. My other dogs were all sprawled on the floor sleeping peacefully just now but all she wanted to do was play! She kept barking for attention a while ago so i had to go down and run around with her for a bit. she gets jealous when i only play with Gotti and not her. She kept licking my face and pulling my hair. Oh and to top it all off she’s just had her menses yesterday so Gotti kept following her around sniffing her tiny behind.
